What preparation is needed before a computer technician is sent to my home or place of business?

One task we always inform our clients to try to perform before any attempted to fix their computer is a back-up. Routine back-ups are always a good idea when working with important information. If you don't know how to back-up your data, our technicians can perform that for you. MbPC will be in no way responsible for any type of data loss while attempting to fix your computer.
